Lydia is... extremely professional and knowledgeable on many areas of treatment. I was very unsure about getting treatment at the start, but after meeting Lydia and experiencing such a high standard service that helped me to manage my niggles and recover from back and Foot issues, I regularly see her as part of a routine of managing my body. She always polite, quick to respond, helpful in long term rehabilitation away from her practise and great at using various techniques of sport therapy.read more

I’ve been... to see Lydia multiple times over the last year and would highly recommend. With the help of a few massages and some recommended exercises I saw a big reduction in persistent calf cramping and knee pain during netball games. I’ve also picked up some great taping tips along the way! Lydia is always friendly and very quick to respond to any queries 🙂read more

I’ve seen... Lydia a couple of times for different running ‘niggles’ & have been really impressed with the treatment I’ve received both times. Her knowledge is fantastic, she’s extremely thorough to get right to the cause of the problem & both times has sent me away with exercises to continue at home. Very professional & a lovely polite young lady. Wouldn’t hesitate to use her again ☺️read more
