Lydia

LYDIA HORLER

Owner / Graduate Sports Rehabilitator (GSR)

Lydia founded LHREHAB in 2019 after graduating with First Class Honours in
Sport Rehabilitation. Her mission from day one has been simple: to help as many people as possible live pain-free, confident, and capable in their bodies.

She blends hands-on manual therapy with tailored exercise rehabilitation,
working with a wide range of clients – from grandparents wanting to stay active with their grandkids, to athletes training for the London Marathon, qualifying for GB events, or even the MMA European Championships.

Lydia believes movement is for everyone, and recovery should be empowering –not intimidating.

Lydia’s vision for the clinic is simple: combine expert, evidence-based care with a relaxed, welcoming environment where everyone feels supported on their rehab journey.
